Third International Conference on Non Chemical 
Crop Protection Methods

This conference will provide an international forum for scientists, teachers and technicians. It will also provide training and information for growers and other people, in order to promote the use of non chemical crop protection methods..

Themes

Plenary sessions will consider :

• Use of micro-organisms

• Use of macro-organisms
• Natural products
• Prophylactic measures
• Physical methods
• Methods for risk assessment and decision making
• Cultural methods

Specialised sessions will consider :

• Cereals, sugar-beet, protein-oil crops

• Potatoes
• Grapes
• Top fruit
• Ornamentals
•  Vegetable
• Soft fruit
• Other crops

Scientific Commitee

Call for papers

The call for papers is open to all categories mentioned opposite. Two kinds of presentations are possible : either an oral presentation or a poster. The Scientific Committee can change the choice of the presentation.
The official languages are French and English. Simultaneous translation will be done during plenary sessions. The texts will be published in the proceedings (book of summaries and a cederom of the full texts) to be distributed to all participants on the opening day of the conference.

How to submit a presentation

Those wishing to present a paper must fill in the "Call for paper"  form (click) and return it by August 20^th 2005 at the latest.

After approval by the scientific Committee, the full text must imperatively be  sent by November 15^th 2005, to be read by the Scientific Committee.

Registration

The provisional programme and registration form will be available in October 2005.

Meeting area - Exhibition

This conference will provide an international forum for scientists, teachers and technicians, on all types of non chemical crop protection methods available for all types of field and protected crops.

We propose to you and your company, two ways to meet the actors of these sectors and present them your activities and products :

• An exhibition area with stands (board, table, chairs)

• A poster area : through a poster, you can present your activities or a product, and let at disposal of participants some documents, a technical paper or a copy of the poster (only one document by poster presented will be allowed)

For a better preparation of these areas, we thank to indicate us your wishes as soon as possible (send us the reservation form, next page)

This automn, we will send you a demand for a deposit (30 % of the global amount). The balance will be charged at the beginning of 2006
